Nursery - Ducklings 2025

We had 5 eggs delivered a few weeks ago. We kept them in an incubator. 

We did not have to wait long as on Wednesday four of the eggs cracked and we observed 4 beautiful ducklings hatching. On Thursday they all have been transferred to a cage where they could run around. 
Miss Dickinson took them home for the weekend and last week we continued observing them; we even placed them in the water and watched them splash, clean, and swim. The children adored chatting to them and watching them grow. 

Last Thursday we said goodbye to them as they were taken to the farm. 

We are sure they will be happy in their new home!
