Year 3 (Class 9) - Science - The School Wildlife Garden
Today we visited our wildlife garden to see what animals we could find living in our local area.

Year 4 (Class 12) - Oracy - The 5 Pillars

To end our topic on Islam and the five pillars the children presented information about each pillar.
The children had improved in their confidence speaking in front of the class and were clear and concise.

Year 4 (Class 12) - History - Leeds City Museum Trip
Last week class 12 had a fantastic time at Leeds City Museum.
In the morning, the children explored the museum and took the opportunity to dress up in some of the old clothes. In the afternoon, the children took part in an Egyptian workshop and learnt how to prepare a mummy.

Year 4 - P.E - Rugby Taster
All year 3 and 4 girls took part in a rugby taster session delivered by a coach from Leeds Rhinos.
The sessions were to promote the Rugbees programme which aiming to get girls aged 7-11 into rugby.

Year 2 (Class 6) - Art - Lucy Poskitt
In art, class 6 are learning all about Lucy Poskitt this half term. We are going to be dying material and using it to weave a seaside scene.
Before this, we needed to practice our weaving skills! We made our own 'loom' and wove different materials.
