Year 2 (Class 6) - Bonfire Night
In class 6 we have explored Bonfire Night. We firstly looked at fire safety and how we can keep safe around fire and fireworks, before completing different bonfire activities, such as firework printing, designing a firework, writing firework poems and making safety posters.

In History, class 7 have been learning about the Battle of Hastings and the Bayeux Tapestry.
Class 7 have also retold the story of The Battle of Hastings with words and pictures!

Year 2 - Art - Colour Mixing
In art, classes 6 and 7 have been exploring colour mixing. At the beginning of the lesson, the pupils learned about primary colours.
Next they mixed the primary colours to make secondary colours using only red, yellow and blue to complete their own colour wheels.
