Year 3 (Class 8) - Maths - Place Value
In class 8 we have been looking at place value.
Today we worked together to make 3 digit numbers using different combinations of base 10.

In our French lesson this week, we enjoyed learning about the Olympic Games, which are taking place in Paris this year.
We learned the French words for different sports and enjoyed a game of bingo!

In class 9 we have coded a rock, paper, scissors game on the make code website and downloaded to our game to a micro bit.
We had lots of fun playing the game in class.

Year 3 enjoyed their virtual session where we met author and illustrator Laura Ellen Anderson.
We got to hear some of her famous stories and then drew characters from her books.

Class 9 loved their virtual trip to Vancouver.
We learned that there are lots to places around the world that speak French as their main language.
When we got off of the plane, we enjoyed a French breakfast!
