Year 6 (Class 16) - PSHE - Emergencies
Class 16 have been learning about what the first things to do in an emergency are.
These included: keeping yourself safe, how to help a casualty and who to call.

Year 6 (Class 15) - Science - The Human Eye
Class 15 enjoyed learning about the different parts of the human eye.
Children had to identify each part of the human eye and their function.

Year 6 (Class 15) - Design Technology - Phone Stands
Class 15 have made their phone stands this week, we measured accurately then cut our wood using vices and saws!
After sanding, our wood fit together really well to make a strong and stable stand for our phone to sit on.

Year 6 (Class 16) - Design Technology - Mobile Phone Stands
Class 16 have made stands for a mobile phone as their wood work topic this half term.
They have had to measure accurately, saw carefully using saws and vices then sand down the rough edges and finally decorate their stands.
They have all done a great job!

Year 6 - Computing Club - Micro:Bits - Beating Heart
This week in computing club we moved away from the make:code editor and started to learn how to use the Python programming language.
